Once the form comes through, a technician calls you back directly, not a dispatcher reading from a script, usually shortly during business hours. We ask what you are seeing, a smoke smell, a damper that sticks, staining near the firebox, and get you on the schedule, often the same week across Rancho Palos Verdes and the rest of South Bay / Palos Verdes. Have your address ready, the rough age of the chimney if you know it, and when it was last swept or inspected. That is enough for us to send the right technician with the right gear on the first trip, no second visit needed just to figure out what we are looking at.
