What Rancho Palos Verdes experience brings to gas fireplace cleaning
Rancho Palos Verdes is a short drive up the hill from Lomita, and we climb plenty of roofs on the peninsula. Tile roofs and steep lots mean we plan the ladder before we arrive. Around Portuguese Bend and other spots where the ground moves, we look for cracks that cross the brick rather than follow the mortar, and we photograph them from the roof so you see what we see. We've worked on the full range of chimney types found in this area, from single-flue brick stacks to multi-system fireplaces, and we set up each visit around what's actually on the property.
