Learn MoreHow we work a chimney in Diamond Bar
Diamond Bar was laid out on the old ranch from the 1960s on, and half of it went up after 1980. Older brick chimneys share the hills with later metal fireplaces, so a close roof look tells us which set of checks applies. The 2008 Chino Hills shock came from just nearby, so we look across masonry for fresh cracks. Hot, dry summers with fewer marine mornings than the coast dry out old mortar, and no-burn alerts run from November through February.
What We Check on the Roof
Cracks since 2008, heat-dried mortar joints, and metal chase tops on later homes.
What the Same Crew Fixes
Repairs near Tonner Canyon go to the same crew that climbed up and took the photos.
Brush Work Here
