Learn MoreHow we work a chimney in Tustin
Tustin Ranch came from the Irvine Company in the 1980s and later, and Tustin Legacy adds brand-new homes with factory-built units or gas. Old Town around Main Street is the exception, so a look from above tells us how to proceed. Evacuations reached North Tustin and the foothills during Canyon 2 in 2017, so caps there deserve thought. Warm summers and moderate marine influence are gentle otherwise, though 2014 La Habra was felt here, and rain through March shows bad flashing.
What We Check on the Roof
Foothill caps near the 2017 burn, flashing, and metal parts on newer homes.
What the Same Crew Fixes
The crew that checks your Tustin chimney does the cap or masonry repair too.
Brush Work Here
Metal flues at Tustin Ranch and older flues near Main Street, each brushed by hand.

We also climb roofs in Santa Ana, Irvine, Orange.
