Learn MoreHow we work a chimney in Rancho Santa Margarita
Only about 1 in 25 homes here predates 1980, and master planning from the mid-1980s means stucco, tile and metal flues are the norm in Rancho Santa Margarita. Dove Canyon's gated golf homes add variety, and tile roofs call for careful footing. Trabuco Canyon burned on the forest side in 2018 with the Holy Fire, and Santa Ana gusts can strip caps and spread embers. Heat and sun still work at any crown or seal, and water brings rust where it gets past them.
What We Check on the Roof
Caps near Trabuco Canyon, sun-worn seals, and flashing on stucco and tile.
What the Same Crew Fixes
Whoever walks your tile takes care of the cap or flashing that needs replacing.
Brush Work Here
Metal flues on newer homes brushed by hand with the firebox left clean.

We also climb roofs in Foothill Ranch, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch.
