Learn MoreHow we work a chimney in Lake Forest
The 1970s brought El Toro's stucco tracts and townhomes, while Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills mostly came in the 1990s. Lake Forest's newer chimneys tend toward metal, and the older ones may be masonry, so we confirm from up top. Santiago in 2007 threatened the newer foothill neighborhoods, so caps near the hills deserve attention. Away from the coast summers run warmer, while rain through March and few freezes keep wear gradual on most crowns.
What We Check on the Roof
Caps near the foothills, older El Toro crowns, and flashing on stucco townhomes.
What the Same Crew Fixes
The same crew that checks your Lake Forest cap or crown goes on to repair it.
Brush Work Here
El Toro masonry and later metal flues all brushed by hand with a cleaned damper.
Next Door
We also climb roofs in Mission Viejo, Irvine, Rancho Santa Margarita.
